Whether you choose one of our apartments or our bed & breakfast for accommodation, enjoy the authentic taste of South Tyrol and discover first-hand what our local saying “The farmer won’t eat what the farmer doesn’t know” is all about. We make most of our products ourselves, according to traditional recipes and tried and trusted methods. As for the foodstuffs we don’t produce directly, we’re on a first-name basis with the growers and farmers – who are all from the area, of course.
